Glazed Pecans

Heather Day


Beat until frothy 2 egg whites + 2 T. water. Pour over 2-3 lbs pecan halves and coat.

Separately mix together 2 cups sugar, 2 T. cinnamon, 1-2 t. salt. Pour over the nuts, mix until coated. Spray cookie sheets (bottom and sides) and bake in 300< oven for 45 minutes stirring every 15 minutes. (Alternate sheets on racks.) Print Recipe
