Beef Tips & Noodles

(serves 6-8)
1 lb. sirloin beef - cut into cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water... See More
3/4 cups sour cream
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 small can mushrooms (optional)
1 - 16oz bag wide egg noodles

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Mix well: soup, water, sour cream, onion soup mix and mushrooms.
Pour sauce mixture into 9x13 dish and stir in beef cubes, coating them well.
Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.

While beef and sauce is cooking, boil egg noodles for 8-10; drain.

Serve beef and sauce over egg noodles. Print Recipe
