Pan Éclairs

Helen Manning

Boil

½ c. Butter

1 c. Water

Add 1c. Flour

¼ t. salt

Add 4 eggs 1 at a time beating well

Stir until it pulls away from the side of the pan

Press into a greased cookie sheet

Bake at 400 degrees 20-25 min

Flatten with a spatula right away.

Let cool

Topping

3oz cream cheese

2 T. milk

Mix together and set aside

1 ½ c. milk

1 LG Package Vanilla instant pudding

Mix together until thick

Add Cr Cheese and 8 oz Cool Whip

Spread over your crust

Drizzle with chocolate Syrup (i.e. Hershey’s)
