Holiday Peppermint Ice Cream Dessert

1 pkg Oreos- crushed fine

Peppermint Ice Cream

Hot Fudge

Miniature marshmallows

Cool Whip

Crushed Candy canes or peppermints

1. Crush 1 pkg Oreo’s fine and put in a 9x13” pan. (Reserve some of the crumbs to put on top at the end.)

2. Drizzle Oreo crumbs with hot fudge.

3. Sprinkle with miniature white marshmallows

4. Soften ice cream and cut into slices and place in pan on top of Oreos and marshmallows. (Any ice cream flavor works—we like peppermint.)

5. Spread Cool Whip on top of ice cream.

6. Drizzle with more hot fudge and top with Oreo crumbs and crushed peppermint pieces. Print Recipe
