Applesauce cookies

This recipes makes 4 times, lots of cookies. So adjust if necessary

Cream together:

2 C. Shortening

4 C. Sugar

4 eggs

Sift together:

8 C. flour

2 t. cinnamon

1 t. cloves

2 t. salt

2 t. baking soda

4 t. baking powder

Add 4 C. applesauce

If desired add chocolate chips, raisins, etc.

Bake at 350 Print Recipe
