Taco Soup

Sandi Larsen

1 pound hamburger

1 medium onion, chopped

1 can corn (with or without juice)

2 cans crushed stewed tomatoes (with or without juice)

1 can kidney beans (with or without juice)

1 package taco seasoning

sour cream (optional)

cheese-cheddar, mont. jack, sharp (optional)

tortilla chips or corn chips (optional)

1. Brown and drain hamburger.

2. Add other ingredients (if you want soup to be thinner, add juices from cans; if you want it thicker, leave some or all juices out) and heat until warm.

3. Add sour cream and cheese if wanted.

4. Eat with chips (like a chili-scoop!) or eat like a soup. Print Recipe
