Pumpkin Bread/Muffins

Talara Allphin

Cream together:

1 C. oil 2 ½ C. sugar

4 eggs

Mix in order:

3 C. flour

1 tsp. nutmeg

1 ¼ tsp. salt

2 tsp. cinnamon

2/3 C. water

Small can pumpkin

1 Tbsp. vanilla

2 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. baking powder

Bake at 350° Muffins: 20-25 minutes Bread:60-65 minutes Print Recipe
