Pig Pickin’ Cake

Cake:

1 pkg yellow cake mix 4 eggs

¾ c oil 1 (11oz) can mandarin oranges

Icing:

1 lg can crushed pineapple 1 (3oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding

9 oz frozen whipped topping

Combine yellow cake mix, oil, eggs and mandarin oranges according to package directions. Place in 2 (9in) rounds and bake according to cake mix directions. Cool completely.

For icing: Mix pineapple with vanilla pudding and blend well. Fold in whipped topping. Ice cake. Garnish with all types of fruit: kiwi, strawberries, mandarin oranges, pineapple, etc. Print Recipe
