Lazy Day "Roast" Chicken (Crock pot meal)

Heather Howard

4 chicken breasts, frozen
4 cups baby carrots (or regular carrots cut in 1.5 inch chunks)
1 small onion, coursely chopped
1 package dry onion soup mix
2 cups water

Put vegetables in the crock pot. Then, place the chicken breasts on top of the veggies. Sprinkle with onion soup mix and pour in water. Cook on low for 9 hours. (Note: You can adjust the quantity of veggies and chicken to meet the appetite of your hungry crew. The meal is also yummy with potatoes. Just remember the veggies go underneath the chicken and the seasoning goes on top.) Print Recipe
