F r e n c h D i p S a n d w i c h e s (crock-pot)

Andi Howard

1 pot roast

1/2 green pepper (sliced)

1/2 red bell pepper (sliced)

1/2 onion (sliced)

2 Au Jus sauce packets

Mozzarella rolls (french bread rolls or sub rolls are good)

1. Put green pepper, bell pepper, and onion in crock pot with roast.

2. Add 1 Au Jus sauce packet and 3 cups water. Cook on low for 6-8

hours or high for 4-5 hours (the longer it cooks the better it is).

3. When it is finished, shred the beef and place ingredients from crock pot

onto lightly toasted rolls.

4. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella or place mozzarella slices on buns

before toasting.

5. Cook the remaining sauce packet according to packet directions and

divide into bowls, then dip sandwiches in it and enjoy! Print Recipe
