2 Layer Cheese Cake

2 oz butter

2 eggs

1 lb cream cheese

1/2c + 2TB sugar

16oz sour cream

1 1/2 graham cracker crumbs

Make in a springform pan. Melt 2 oz butter with 2 TB sugar on low heat.

Mix melted butter and subar with brumbs in pan to form cheese cake base. Press slightly.

Put cream cheese (in small pieces), eggs and 1/2 c. sugar in a bowl and mix well.

Pour on base of crumbs in pan.

Bake 20 min in 375 oven. Remove to cool.

Mix sour cream with a little vanilla with another 2 TB sugar or less.

Pour on top of cheese cake and bake 5 min at 400. Print Recipe
