Grandma Allphin’s Marshmallow Cookies

1 pkg. colored marshmallows
¾ chopped nuts.
4 squares Baker’s chocolate
2 T. butter
1 egg
1 c. powdered sugar
8 graham crackers, crushed.


Mix marshmallows and nuts. Melt chocolate with butter. When slightly cooled, beat in egg and powdered sugar until smooth. Pour over marshmallows and nuts. Form into two rolls and rolls in graham cracker crumbs. Wrap in foil to form and to roll. Place in fridge. When cool, slice rolls into ½” cookies. Print Recipe
